FOUNDER & TECHNICAL DIRECTOR

As an accomplished technical producer, audio engineer and video engineer, Drew guides his clients through the complex technical requirements of a show. From drawing CADs and wire diagrams, to creating equipment lists, to managing a full crew to build and operate an outstanding show, to loading the final truck, he prides himself on staying cool under pressure and collaboration with his team. Drew has a history of deploying creative solutions for corporate events that support a diverse community in the gaming industry and advocate for inclusivity in gaming.

PARTNER & DIRECTOR OF PRODUCTION

Jessie has been producing high-end, live events for over a decade, with a passion in female and LGBTQIA+ speaker series. Her dedication to a successful event and a happy client is achieved through great attention to detail and a high level of customer service. Jessie’s dedication to building meaningful relationships with clients, vendors and crew has led to a network of innovative, knowledgeable and diverse partners throughout the industry. Through managing budgets and client expectations, organizing labor and logistics, and leading a show from concept to closure, she has established a reputation as an effective and efficient project manager, production manager and producer.

TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER

Dan has a wide range of experience from working in broadcast at the White House to supporting large conferences in the Bay Area and around the country. He is passionate about supporting small to medium projects and activations with an eye for quality while managing budgets and crew on an efficient timeline. While always maintaining a keen eye for safety, in the last two years Dan has become incredibly knowledgeable on Covid safety and protocols. When Dan is on-site everyone knows that their safety, comfort, caffeine intake and snack quality will be second to none.

PRODUCTION MANAGER

In addition to being a veteran CAD designer, Technical Producer and Production Manager, John also enjoys helping clients in support roles such as Script Supervisor and Stage Manager. With 25 years experience helping to design and build concerts, conferences, and interactive installations around the country, Fresh AV relies on John to help bring our more complex and challenging shows in smoothly and on-budget. John’s side hustle is working with emerging artists to produce next-level interactive experiences.

SR. INTERN AND WEBMASTER

Isaac has a quickly-growing, diverse skill set ranging from programming to photography and video editing. While developing his AV experience under the wings of Fresh AV's team, he found the opportunity to put his creative chops to work on various promotional material including this website and a number of highlight reels of FAV's work. An eye for detail, a passion for problem solving and a capacity for technical knowledge complement Isaac's love of collaboration and teamwork. He invests himself in, and cares deeply about, every project he works on.

DIRECTOR OF PHOTOGRAPHY & EDITOR

JB is a relatively newfound “cat guy,” after years of rather disproportionate bias towards dogs. Aside from that, he has been around the world of video production for the last 20 years. Driven by his passion for telling stories and love for technology, JB has been fortunate enough to experience and excel in many areas of both broadcast and commercial production. From pre-production to post production, JB strives to work with clients and the production team together to deliver memorable and impactful content project after project.

SUPER TECH

Danny Akin has been a production professional and audio visual adventurer for over 15 years. He only works on projects that he thinks are “cool”, so if you see him on your show consider that a sign.

GRAPHIC DESIGNER

A skilled and passionate graphic designer with nearly 20 years of experience, Jesse enjoys working within corporate design arenas. His insights and creative vision push Fresh AV to go beyond content and into telling stories that bring life to the cultures and creations within Fresh AV's and our client's brands.

CLIENT RELATIONS

With a careful eye on Fresh AV’s real-world operations, Ralphie is a close right hand man to Drew and Jessie. Ready to go at any hour, Ralphie vigilantly and regularly patrols the show site, or home office, for snacks challenges while maintaining close relationships with client and crew.

INTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS SUPERVISOR

Linus has always preferred the work from home style and meticulously maintains the Fresh AV ethos of “Good bois get snacks”. Under Linus’s watch our coms are so streamlined here that sometimes all it takes is a wag and the Fresh AV team leaps into action. He can often be found near the watercooler.

QUALITY CONTROL

Born in a Samsung TV box on the side of a house, both Zeke and Zoey, cold and wet, used one of their nine lives and have absolutely thrived as “fur-beans.” Although unlikely to take any reliable notes, both enjoy crashing zoom calls by clawing their way into frame one way or another. Always watching every shot and edit, Zeke and Zoey catapult themselves into action at any hour of the day or night to make sure that every frame is cut to perfection. Couldn’t do it without them!
